Becoming a Member

Becoming a member of the Epilepsy Centre is easy, just print out the attached form and send it in with your payment.

Membership entitles you to:

Obtain all services conducted by the Epilepsy Centre
Vote at general meetings of the Epilepsy Association of South
Australia and the Northern Territory Inc
Be eligible to join working party committees
Various benefits and privileges that may be publicised as being available from time to time.
Use of our in-house library facilities
Invitations to support groups, scheduled seminars, educational programs and social events
Receive a quarterly magazine filled with up-to-date medical advancements, as well as current activities.
Referrals, where appropriate, to a wide range of services that may be suitable for your specific needs to maintain a quality of life.

You can become a member through either submitting a form, or paying for it online.
Once the payment has been proccessed through either method, we will be in contact with you.
