Supporting Us

The Epilepsy Centre is committed to service provision to people affected with epilepsy. However, without the kind support of the community, the task is exceptionally difficult.

As the Centre does not receive any State or Federal government funding, our voluntary organisation is totally reliant upon the generosity of the corporate sector and the general public.

Some 2 to 3 persons in every 100 in our community are affected with epilepsy. The need for counselling, management, public education and support is desperate. Without our Association none of these extensive support services would exist within South Australia and the Northern Territory.
